The king of instrumental fuzz guitar is back again. Legendary instrumental rockers Davie Allan & The Arrows have arrived this holiday season with some Fuzz For The Holidays. You gotta love the label name, Wicked Cool Records, why wouldn't you by album from a label with that name?

Allan made his entry onto the instrumental motion picture scene back in the 60s and he has never looked back, he is still crankin' out lively instrumental rock, and it simply does not get any better.

Little Steven has a major role in producing this record and he adds some rhythm guitar as well. Speaking of the production side of the house, this is a sound mix with clear and crisp tracks from start to finish. I like the touch of the Farfisa organ; it adds a nice jingle-lingle-ling spirit to the overall mix of things. Allan continues to play like a man possessed, I find it amazing that he has been able to maintain that high level of energy of playing for so many years; he is truly the consummate guitar player's guitar player.

This is one of the more entertaining holiday rock albums you will ever hear so do not miss it. Instrumental freaks will be happier than a pig rolling in muck and those looking for some rockin' holiday ho-ho-ho cheer will find joy and the true spirit of the holiday season in this wonderful music. Add this rock 'n' roll all-in-one package to your wish list now, its wicked cool.
